the exploration of my feelings, my thoughts and its origin, my words, the honesty within myself-

my mind has become a sanctuary

a sanctuary my body feels called to inhabit

to be a woman is to carry every nuance—

to hold knowledge not just in the mind, but in the marrow.

it is to possess an intuition so ancient and rooted,

that even silence can be heard.

to see not only with the eyes,

but with the body.

it is to exist in the in-betweens,

in the pause,

in the breath before the becoming,

in the space only the soul can feel—

only to be heard if you’re listening.
